Catherine Bounds: Catherine Bounds grew up in Jackson, Alabama. She has a Bachelor in Science from the University of Alabama in Childhood Development and Family Studies. In 2006, she received a Master’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and holds a teaching certificate from the State of Alabama. She has been teaching for almost ten years. She began her training for American Montessori Association this summer and will be certified in 2013. This is her second year at JBMA, and she couldn’t be happier working with the children in Lower Elementary.
